Returns & Refund Policy

Vivllo Lifecare Private Limited (“Company”) welcomes you to its website
www.vivllolifecare.com and other digital platforms (“Platform”).
This Policy governs cancellation, return, replacement, cooling-off period and refunds
for products purchased from the Platform.
1. Applicability & Binding Effect
- This Policy applies to all returns, exchanges and refunds after delivery.
- By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by this Policy.
2. No-Question-Asked Return Policy
- Returns are subject to product category and prescribed return period.
- No request shall be accepted after expiry of the return window.
3. Condition at the Time of Delivery
- Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
- Refuse delivery if the package is damaged or tampered.
- Acceptance of damaged packages is at customer’s own risk.
4. Defective / Wrong / Unsatisfactory Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you may initiate
a return or replacement request subject to this Policy.
5. Product-Wise Return Policy
5.1 Garments (Fashion Products)
- Return Period: 15 days from delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed and with original tags
- Free from stains, odor or damage
Resolution: Exchange or refund after quality inspection.
5.2 Personal Care Products
- Return Period: 7 days from delivery
- Only unused and unopened products accepted
Note: Used or opened personal care products are non-returnable
due to hygiene reasons.
5.3 Herbal & Household Cleaning Products
Returns for these products shall be governed by product-specific conditions
and statutory guidelines at the time of launch.
6. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Requests raised after return period
- Used, altered or damaged products
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Failure in quality or hygiene inspection
7. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims
Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours from delivery.
Claims raised later shall not be entertained.
8. Return Pick-Up & Processing
- Up to three pick-up attempts shall be made.
- Self-shipping may be required in certain cases.
- Courier reimbursement capped at INR 300/- if approved.
9. Refund Process
- Refunds initiated within 10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds processed via original payment method only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except Company error.
10. Repeated or Abusive Returns
The Company reserves the right to restrict or withdraw return facilities
in case of misuse or excessive returns.
11. Cooling-Off Period (Independent Distributors)
Products purchased during the cooling-off period may be returned
subject to deduction of incentives and compliance with policies.
12. Company’s Discretion & Final Authority
All return and refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the
jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
14. Disclaimer & Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions
shall continue in full force.
