License Transfer Policy
Vivllo Lifecare Private Limited
Vivllo Lifecare Private Limited (“Company”, “Vivllo”) is a direct selling company
operating in accordance with applicable laws of India.
This License Transfer Policy (“Policy”) governs transfer of distributorship /
business license issued to Independent Distributors.
1. Applicability & Scope
- This Policy applies to all Independent Distributors / Business Associates.
- It shall be read along with all Company policies and compensation plans.
- Applying for transfer implies unconditional acceptance of this Policy.
2. Nature of Distributorship / License
- The distributorship license is personal, limited and non-transferable.
- No ownership or proprietary right exists over the business or downline.
- Transfer is permitted only with prior written Company approval.
- The Company has absolute discretion to approve or reject any request.
3. Eligible Cases for License Transfer
3.1 Death of the Distributor
- Transfer may be allowed to legal heir or nominee.
- Required documents include death certificate and identity proofs.
- Approval subject to verification and policy compliance.
3.2 Permanent Medical Incapacity
- Valid medical certificate from registered practitioner required.
- Transfer subject to Company verification and approval.
3.3 Family Transfer
- Permitted only to spouse, parents or children.
- Not a matter of right and subject to Company approval.
4. Ineligible Cases for License Transfer
- Sale, lease or commercial transfer of distributorship.
- Transfer to third parties outside immediate family.
- Pending disputes, investigations or policy violations.
- Fraud, misrepresentation or misuse of compensation plan.
5. License Transfer Process
- Written application with complete documents is mandatory.
- The Company may conduct due diligence and background checks.
- Transferee must complete fresh registration and agreements.
- Transfer is valid only after written Company confirmation.
6. Incentives, Commissions & Benefits
- Transfer of incentives is subject to Compensation Plan rules.
- The Company is not liable for past dues or disputes.
- No claim over incentives earned in violation of policies.
7. Fees & Administrative Charges
The Company may levy processing or administrative charges.
Such charges are non-refundable irrespective of outcome.
8. Company Discretion & Conditions
License transfer approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.
Additional conditions may be imposed for compliance and integrity.
9. Termination & Consequences
- False or misleading information may lead to cancellation.
- The Company may recover incentives or take legal action.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject
to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
11. Disclaimer & Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions
shall continue in full force and effect.
