Each field in the Direct Seller Application is mandatory and must be filled in English by the applicant. Registration as an Independent Distributor is free of cost.
By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to comply with all Company policies and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 issued by the Government of India.
This application constitutes a valid offer under Section 10 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
The Independent Distributor is not an employee of the Company and acts as an independent business person.

Vivllo Lifecare Private Limited operates as a direct selling company through Independent Distributors.
No joining, renewal or membership fee is charged by the Company.
The Distributor confirms that he/she is above 18 years of age and legally competent.
The Distributor is responsible for the authenticity of all documents submitted.
The Distributor authorizes the Company to conduct e-KYC verification.
The Distributor agrees to receive business-related communication via SMS, email or calls.
The Distributor shall conduct business ethically, honestly and transparently.
Misleading, fraudulent or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
The Distributor shall not misuse Company data, brand name, logo or systems.
Products shall not be sold below MRP or through unauthorized platforms.
The Distributor shall not promote competing direct selling companies.
Multiple IDs, fake identities or parallel networks are not permitted.
All distributorship rights are non-transferable unless permitted by Company policy.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
The Company may verify distributor documents at any time.
Policies, compensation plans and procedures may be modified at Company discretion.
The Company may suspend or terminate distributorship for policy violations.
The Company is not liable for personal expenses or losses of the Distributor.
A grievance redressal mechanism shall be maintained as per applicable laws.
